Last year
Unable to run the software. I downloaded the file and unzipped it. I located the .exe file and clicked to run the program but all it does is restart the install shield wizard and re-installs it. I finished the installation and tried to run it again but the same thing happens. It never runs but just re-installs over and over and over. Have now deleted from my PC. More
